Fresh For 2024! Flowers for all! Who doesn't love flowers? We offer open-pollinated, heirloom favorites such as daisies, cosmos, zinnias, nasturtium, sunflowers, and more!

Culinary or Medicinal? Seed Needs offers a wide range of both culinary and medicinal herb seeds, including basil, chives, cilantro, rosemary, lavender, chamomile, and more. Check out our vegetable seeds as well!

How Did You Start? Seed Needs originally started as a username for an online marketplace. We discovered Amazon in 2010 and soon after, we established a brand, selling our products to millions of happy customers over the past decade.

About Our Packets Our beautifully illustrated seed packets provide the common and scientific names, seed quantity, and growing specifications. The reverse side includes full growing instructions, sowing details, sunlight and moisture preferences, and germination and growth information, as well as a QR code for easy reordering.

About Our Seeds All of our seeds are non-GMO, untreated, and stored in a temperature-controlled facility free of moisture. They are packaged for the current and following growing seasons, true to the variety advertised, and 99% pure with no added fillers.

Pumpkin Varieties Our pumpkin seed offerings include a wide range, from the massive Atlantic Giant to the miniature Baby Boo and Jack Be Little, as well as heirloom favorites like Cinderella, Connecticut Field, and Fairytale. We also have a special "Spooky Mixture" blend.

Sowing, Growing, and Harvesting Pumpkins thrive in hot summer conditions and rich, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in mounds, 4 per mound, 6-8 feet apart. They'll sprout in 7-14 days and grow 1-2 feet tall, vining outwards up to 25 feet. Harvest times range from 90 to 125 days, depending on variety.

Quality and Freshness Seed Needs packets contain some of the freshest seeds available, stored in moisture-resistant packaging to ensure optimal freshness. We never knowingly supply GMO products, and our seeds are mostly open-pollinated and heirloom, with a few hybrids.
